For help with ShortMusic, email our support team and include your app version, device model, and a short description of what happened. Do not include passwords, payment details, or other sensitive information.
Account and data

Report content or a user
Tap the ••• button on any track to report the track or its creator, or to block the creator. You can manage blocked creators in Settings. We review reports within 24 hours. You can also email tuyetnt6134@icloud.com with the track title and creator handle.
Copyright takedowns
To request removal of content that infringes your copyright, follow the steps on the Copyright & Takedown Policy page.
Purchases
Purchases and subscriptions are managed through your Apple account. Include the transaction date—not your full receipt or payment information—when contacting us about a purchase.
